Shipping Policy

Where we ship
We ship to addresses in the United States, from our US warehouse.

Dispatch
Orders placed before 12 pm Eastern Time, Monday to Friday, ship the same business day. Orders placed after that, or on weekends and US public holidays, ship the next business day.

Delivery options and costs
- Free Standard Shipping: 3 to 7 business days after dispatch. Free on every order.
- Express Shipping: 2 to 3 business days after dispatch. $12.95.
Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO addresses can take a few extra days. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay.

Taxes
Any sales tax that applies is shown at checkout.

Order tracking
When your order ships, we email you a tracking link. Tracking can take up to a day to update after dispatch.

Delays
If we can't ship your order within the times above, we email you with a new estimate and the option to cancel the unshipped part of your order for a full refund.

Delivery address
Please check your address before ordering. If you spot a mistake, email hello@heatedsummit.com right away with your order number and the correct address. We can't always change an address once an order has shipped.

Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, or tracking shows it as delivered but you haven't received it, email us with your order number. We'll work with the carrier and send a replacement or refund if it can't be found.

Batteries
Our lithium-ion batteries are packed and labelled to US shipping rules. If you return a battery, use the prepaid label we send you.
