Heated Summit makes battery-heated vests, jackets, gloves and socks for people whose best hours happen outside in the cold: the hunter in the stand before first light, the angler on the ice, the climber waiting at a belay, the hiker at a windy summit, the parent on the bleachers, the dog walker at 6 am.

What we set out to fix

Heated gear has a trust problem. Run times that don't hold up outside. Batteries sold separately. Elements that quit after one season. Battery warranties of 90 days. Return policies that charge you to send back something that didn't work.

So we built the brand around the opposite:

• Battery in the box. Every heated piece ships with its rechargeable battery and charging cable.
• Honest run times. We publish the run time for each heat setting, not just the best case.
• Safety built in. Every battery pack has overcharge, over-discharge, short circuit and overheat protection. Our battery safety page covers charging, storage and flying.
• A guarantee that means it. 60 days to wear it outside. If it isn't keeping you warm, you get a full refund and we pay the return shipping.
• Two full seasons of cover. A 2-year warranty on heating elements and batteries.
• People who answer. Email and phone, with replies within one business day.
